The Studio @ 93 Bernard Road

Located in the beautiful and peaceful Elm Grove area of Brighton, the Studio @ 93

 

Bernard Road will provide you with a restful night's sleep, you'll be staying in a

 

residential area, away from the noise and hussle and bussle of Brighton, a few

 

minutes down the road.

We are in a Town House, on a tree lined road. The Studio is located on the ground

 

floor, has its own private entrance, large bathroom and kitchenette.

​

 

We are a quiet middle aged couple, I'm a Civil Servant and my partner is a

 

photographer working from home and on location.

​

​

We have a little garden here, you're welcome to sit there or have your breakfast

 

enjoying the sun.

​

 

​

Queens Park is a lovely city retreat. There is a large pond with ducks and swans

 

and it is very peaceful to relax there. Queens Park is short walk away from the

 

Studio, a lovely spot to have a picnic, read a book or just to enjoy the sun. 

​

​

Do you like Horse Racing? Brighton Race Course is 5 minutes away at the top of Elm

 

Grove. Watch the races, place a bet or enjoy a fantastic walk along the South

 

Downs looking at the Sea. There are countless routes to choose.

​

 

​

Need a Supermarket ?  Sainsburys is a short walk away or if you prefer to go

 

local, we have many lovely shops selling all manner of wonderful produce.

 

​

 

For lovely bread I use "The Flour Pot" on Elm Grove, the best bread locally and a

 

latte to die for -  Near by you'll also find Hilly Laine, a lovely little shop

 

selling locally grown organic produce, pop in and indulge yourself!   

​

​

 

The famous Brighton Lanes, The Royal Pavilion, beach and the main shopping areas

 

of Brighton are a 15 minute stroll away from the Studio, I recommend a walk

 

through Elm Grove & Hanover where you'll see the famous, very colourful victorian

 

terraces and the Town Centre is just after.

​

​

If you can't be bothered to stroll, we have a bus stop less than a minute away

 

from the Studio, the bus service in Brighton is excellent and will get you pretty

 

much anywhere in Brighton, unlimited day passes are pretty cheap too !

​

​

​

Late for a show in town ? Don't worry, a taxi to town will cost around £4 - £6

​

​
